Ally Logistic Property, Co., Ltd. (ALP) is the first and largest institutional logistics property developer in Taiwan, providing sustainable modern logistics facilities that comply with the highest international standards.

ALP's mission is to make the logistics industry become simpler, smarter, and more sustainable. ALP has invested US$1 billion over the past eight years, and we have now invested an additional US$1 billion within 2 years. In Asia, ALP has built and is now managing more than 800,000 sqm of warehouses, and there is over 450,000 sqm under construction pipeline. During these 11 years, ALP has constructed and is now managing 8 logistics parks. With over 90% of warehouses occupied, more than 60% are leased by multinational companies that include retail and commercial brands, channels, and third-party logistics service providers and more. Treating Taiwan as an incubator, ALP has gained comprehensive knowledge and experience in optimizing logistics solutions and services, integrating with automation and robotics.

In 2019, ALP started expanding to Southeast Asia and set up a subsidiary in Malaysia and Thailand. With the successful business model, knowledge base, and multinational customer base built up in Taiwan, ALP aims to replicate our successful model in other countries, including Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, Japan and more.
